Chinye Enurah is an passionate, energetic Atlanta Based REALTOR® and Luxury Collection Specialist who enjoys working with home buyers, sellers and investors. For many years she’s had a great love for real estate. Chinye is a recognized, award winning agent and a certified luxury estate professional with Berkshire Hathaway Home Services. Prior to joining the prestigious Berkshire Hathaway Home Services, Georgia Properties, her journey led her to develop skills in numerous areas of higher education and corporate America.

After graduating from Clayton State University with a BA in Communications and Integrative Studies and Troy University with a Master’s in Public Administrations, Chinye became highly proficient in leadership development, marketing and client services. Her skills and talents were developed while working for Georgia State Perimeter College as a program coordinator and providing corporate financial analytic services for Fortune 500 Companies like CarMax Auto Finance which is ranked a Fortune 100 Best company. Applying the principles of integrity, accountability and care from her past endeavors has empowered her to effectively work with a diverse group of clients and organizations in real estate. Chinye’s enthusiasm for helping others secure their dream home continues to increase after highly satisfying her clients with desirable results. She takes pride in doing this by continuing to enhance the client’s real estate experience. Chinye achieves this by propelling smooth transactions, applying traditional and technical marketing strategies, conducting advanced research, and executing keen negotiation skills.

When Chinye’s not assisting her real estate clients, she enjoys spending time with her family and friends, traveling, and volunteering with nonprofits originations. Chinye is a proud member of the Board of the Atlanta REALTORS® Association, The National Association of REALTORS® and The League of Women Voters Atlanta-Fulton County as a board member. Chinye has also served with The Junior League of Atlanta. She is an advocate for voter rights, property owner rights, affordable housing and overall human rights.
